The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations Excellent attention to detail and time management Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays A valid RSA certificate Working with Lucas Collective:At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
