Rustichella Pty Ltd We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to lead our dedicated pasta section and contribute to a kitchen built on craftsmanship, consistency, and genuine passion for Italian gastronomy. Our venue celebrates the traditions of Emilia-Romagna and showcases fresh, handmade pasta prepared daily.

From rolling sfoglia by hand to shaping filled pasta, gnocci, and regional varieties, you will bring both technical skill and passion for tradition. Crucially, you will be able to run the kitchen independently when required, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and a professional standard across every dish.
Qualification & experience What We're Looking for Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine. Skilled and experienced in preparing and cooking fresh egg pasta and regional Italian cuisine. Confidence and ability to manage the kitchen when the Head Chef is not present.
Strong organisational skills and leadership qualities. Understanding of regional Italian cooking, especially Emilia-Romagna. A positive team player with attention to detail and consistency.
