Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Demi Chef to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. As a Demi Chef, you will be showcasing your skills as part of an exceptional kitchen team, bringing new top-tier menu planning and design to life.You will be managing inventory control, cost of goods sold, profit and loss reporting, and ensuring compliance with hazard analysis and critical control points and food safety across our back-of-house operations.

What you will do?:
- Design, prepare, and present high-quality dishes with creative flair
- Develop menus, estimate food and labor costs, and secure food supplies while managing the departmental budget
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to hazard analysis and critical control points, and food safety
- Collaborate and assist team members with various kitchen duties, as well as engaging guests to enhance the first-class guest dining experience
