As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automation solutions for Integrated Operations Management and Managed Network Services platforms within Telecom practice.

1. The platform you would be looking after is instrumental to capacity planning, alarm management and Global Enterprise Service teams.
2. Actively contribute to the evaluation of complex business information to define the business problem and create and implement best practice solutions
3. Collaborate closely with Senior Data Engineers and Architects to contribute to the development and meet business requirements
4. Source, probe and analyze data sets acquired using a range of programming languages, tools and techniques to enable data to be ingested and curated.
5. Actively contribute to the design and development of embedded firmware frameworks to support the deployment of Telstra developed services on existing customer servers.
6. Participate in the building of framework, tools and processes to support the infrastructure, development of streaming software and DevOps practices
7. Identify tasks that can be automated and participate in pushing for change to increase the stability and speed of the platforms and products
8. Present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

1. Exposure to Linux/Unix and AWS and familiarity with Python and Bash scripting
2. An operations expert with varied experience managing wide-scale platforms deployed into different AWS Linux distributions with in-depth knowledge in debugging and root cause analysis.
3. You will have in-depth knowledge of how to priorities and manage incidents according to the severity and systemic impacts.
4. You will have the ability to leverage architecture to determine how problem might compound.
