Vehicle Mechanic/Fabricator - JDM & High Performance Specialist

About The RoleAre you an experienced mechanic with some fabrication skills? If so, this could be your dream job! Initially you’ll be working independently on exciting, custom performance modifications and projects. Your role will include:
- Performing custom engine conversions and high-performance modifications
- Completing general servicing and repairs
- Fabricating custom parts and components
- Keeping the management team updated on job progress and collaborating on quotes
- Training an apprentice in the future, passing on your expertise and enthusiasm
Are You Someone Who Has:
- A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology (or equivalent)
- At least 2+ years of experience as a qualified mechanic, with a good knowledge of aftermarket modifications and vehicle customisations
- Basic fabrication experience
- Knowledge of electrical work and diagnostic tools
- A passion for JDM and high-performance vehicles, always looking to deliver the highest quality work
- An open QLD manual driver’s license
- Some management experience (ideal, but not essential)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay:
