We’re excited to be recruiting for a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative role within our Moorabbin Head Office to focus on our retail customer service with portfolio brands. This is a pivotal role that will require superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.

Your new role...

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively manage customers order book / backorders across all Amer retail accounts
  • Managing retail orders from placement to fulfilment using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution
  • Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to customers
  • Support Sales teams, Brand Managers and other stakeholders on CS and order book matters
  • Provide order book reporting to various stakeholders
  • Process credit notes
  • Liaise with supply chain team on arrival of inventory
What we're looking for...
  • Experience in a similar customer service role dealing with multiple touch points for a customer
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP (desirable)
  • Strong communicator
  • Someone who is process driven
  • Experience working for sporting goods and/or technical product (highly regarded)
  • A passion for our sports is a bonus!
