In this Full-Time role, you will report to the Housekeeping Manager to assist in the implementation of the housekeeping strategy for the resort. The position provides an opportunity to use your initiative to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in all guest rooms, public and service areas are maintained.
Responsibilities include:- Motivate, mentor and train the housekeeping team
- Assist with the implementation of SOP's
- Room checks to ensure standards are met prior to release
- Hands on role, complete cleaning tasks
- Allocation of daily tasks and completion of administrative duties and reports
- Handling and resolving guest complaints
- Assist with rostering.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within a Resort/Hotel environment
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays
- A people person who is able to build rapport
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Be self-motivated and use initiative
- Ability and confidence to train and supervise a large team
- Experience using hotel systems such as Opera/Optii
- Experience with resort buggies and a current driver's licence.
- Work outdoors in natural, leafy surrounds

- Minimum salary of $73,500 + Superannuation
