About the role:As an Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering excellence in early childhood education at our campus. You’ll contribute to shaping practices that meet and exceed national standards—creating enriching, high-quality learning experiences for every child.
What You’ll Do:Inspire Learning: Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), embedding best practices in your daily teaching and interactions with children.
Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with colleagues to design engaging curriculums, use intentional teaching strategies, and reflect on practices to enhance learning outcomes.
Contribute to Quality: Support the continuous improvement of our service by contributing ideas and reflections to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Engage in Professional Growth: Participate in professional learning opportunities and team discussions that foster innovation, reflection, and a shared commitment to excellence.Create Inspiring Environments: Design and maintain inclusive, engaging learning spaces that reflect children’s interests, developmental stages, and cultural backgrounds—where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.
Promote Child Safety: Model and uphold child-safe behaviours, actively contribute to a culture of safety, and ensure all practices align with the Child Safe Standards.
Qualification and requirements: Cert III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA assessed equivalent
Valid and current WWCCAn understanding of the VEYLF, NQS and relevant state and national regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Holds current and up to date Mandatory reporting, First Aid & CPR and Food handling certificates.
