Currently, there is a vacancy for an experienced Accountant for full-time role.

Main Duties -
  1. Financial Recordkeeping and Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare regular financial statements, ensuring they align with relevant legislation and accounting standards.
  1. Budget Development and Oversight
o Assist in formulating budgets and forecasting future financial performance. Monitor actual spending against budgets to support sound financial decision-making.
  1. Taxation Compliance and Planning
o Prepare taxation returns, ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws.
  1. Audit Preparation and Support
o Coordinate internal reviews and prepare documentation to support external audits. Implement recommendations to enhance financial processes and controls.
  1. Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment
o Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. Provide insights to support management in strategic planning and investment decisions.
  1. Regulatory and Standards Compliance
o Ensure that accounting practices comply with financial regulations, corporate laws.
  1. Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement
o Review cost structures and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and operational performance.
  1. Liaison and Communication
o Act as a point of contact for financial queries from internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, auditors, and government agencies.
  1. Payroll and Superannuation Administration
o Oversee payroll systems to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, including correct handling of superannuation and statutory deductions.
  1. Continuous Improvement and Training

o Stay up to date with changes in financial legislation and best practices, and assist in training junior staff or non-finance personnel on financial processes and tools.

Eligibility Requirements: o Bachelor degree or above in Accounting field.

o 1-2 years’ experience as an Accountant.

o Should have full-time working rights in Australia.

Salary - AUD 73000-76000 plus super
