Corporate General Manager

Role Summary

Australia PEO is looking for a Corporate General Manager to:

  • Lead & Drive the Company Vision, Mission, Culture & Strategy and ensuring its success and profitability
  • Overall responsibility for Sales and Service results in regard to turnover, margin, best practices and reporting.
  • Consistently achieve budgeted sales targets on a monthly and annual basis with expected profit margin.
  • Develop a business development strategy with the executive management, drive initiatives in sales & service
Responsibilities
  • Analyse Market Dynamics: Assess local consumer behaviour, competitive environments, and industry trends to evaluate market potential and identify strategic opportunities, providing data-driven insights to shape the company’s overarching marketing and growth strategies.
  • Direct Regional Branding and Marketing Initiatives: Formulate and oversee the execution of regional branding and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, resource capabilities, and local market distinctions. Leverage internal teams, external partners, and regional resources to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales, while monitoring performance metrics and refining approaches for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Regional Operations and Team Performance: Guide and unify the regional market support team by establishing clear goals, strategies, and roles. Orchestrate resource allocation and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business plans and the achievement of company-wide targets.
  • Shape and Promote Organisational Direction: Head the development and execution of the company’s core purpose, values, and long-term goals to foster a thriving and profitable business environment.
  • Manage Sales and Service Operations: Direct all aspects of sales and service performance, ensuring robust revenue streams, optimal profitability, streamlined processes, and accurate performance reporting.
  • Deliver Consistent Financial Success: Drive the achievement of monthly and yearly revenue targets while upholding profitability standards and operational excellence.
  • Strategise Business Expansion: Partner with senior leadership to craft and roll out forward-thinking growth plans, leading innovative efforts to boost sales and elevate service quality.
Relevant Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.
  2. Over 5 years of marketing experience, with preference for those with overseas market experience.
  3. Familiarity with local culture, business environment, and consumer habits.
  4. Excellent market analysis, planning, and execution skills.
  5. Strong team management experience and communication skills.
  6. Strong innovative thinking and adaptability, able to adjust strategies in response to market changes.
  7. Proficiency in English as a working language, and willingness to travel or be stationed overseas.
