If you are experienced in a food retail environment and have passion for food with the above qualities, then you'll be the right person we are looking for.

• The successful day to day operations of a high-sales volume Pizza retail franchise to ensure operational excellence.
• Developing strategies to deliver results and performance in store, across all delivery options
• Plan the Local Store Marketing Activities. Visual merchandising to achieve best possible sales outcomes.
• Identification of sales opportunities and enhanced menu inclusions
• Supervising and mentoring retail staff
• Ensuring the provision of a superior level of customer service
• Ensuring a high level of stock (fresh product & packaging) control and minimal shrinkage
• Wage and expense control of the store
• Cost control, understanding of financial documents such as profit and loss statements
• Compliance to workplace, Health and safety management policies.

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service retail environment at management level. Having formal qualifications preferred, not essential.
• Proven ability to organize, mentor and provide leadership to staff
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus - possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal and work with a diverse range of customers.
• Be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines
• High computer literacy in EFTPOS and register / POS systems
• Ability to create, implement, manage and sell new product lines and promotions
• Strong understanding of OH&S requirements
• Unrestricted driver’s license and Availability to work in weekends.
