Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals focused on delivering exceptional service to small business clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the small business banking portfolio.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions that enhance their financial well-being.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting small business banking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance individual and collective achievement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in banking, with a focus on small business lending or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services tailored to small businesses.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
