• Ensure relevant hygiene, workplace health and safety procedures are followed.

• Oversee social media accounts, monitor and respond to comments, messages and

• Collaborate and engage with local community to organise and participate in events for brand

• Bachelor or above qualification in business management or related areas
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar management roles, preferably in the coffee related industry
• Sound knowledge of the coffee culture
• Strong communication, leadership, motivation and team management skills
• A passion for driving sales as well as delivering excellent customer service
• Skills and knowledge in marketing and brand promotion
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Skills in budgeting and financial analysis to manage costs and ensure profitability
• Experience in supervising and training staff
