The Role

Snr Solutions Engineer - Construction Solutions & Analytics We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to build a trusted technical advisor relationship with our construction customers and be the technical representative for Cupix’s products and services.

This will be a hybrid role working with Customers in Australia / New Zealand and Singapore / Malaysia. This role is remote with a mix of working from home, attending in person meetings at customer offices, construction sites and conferences. Reporting to the APAC Director of Customer Success, your responsibilities will include helping customers evaluate the solution, responding to technical questions, and training and supporting prospective customers that are testing the solution before they transact with Cupix.

You will support customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle by setting up accounts, onboarding and training customers, nurturing customers from initial capture to contract execution, and providing first point of contact for support.
You will also work closely with the Customer Success Manager to find expansion opportunities and grow the account. This role is remote with a mix of working from home, attending in person meetings at customer offices, construction sites and conferences.

The candidate will need to reside along the east coast of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane regions).

Role Responsibilities (what you will do): Partner with Account Executives to drive deals from pilot to close.

Partner with Customer Success to drive growth in renewals
Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s current pains and align to their business objectives

Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations which show CupixWorks’ value proposition

Guide customers through the evaluation process of CupixWorks ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
Become the first line of defence for technical activities, such as RFI responses, product demonstrations, customer onboardings, workflow mapping, technical support
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including Product and Customer Success, sharing customer feedback and facilitating a smooth post-sales handoff
Develop a technical understanding of the competitive landscape and Cupix’s differentiators.

In tough competitive deals we want you to be an expert that can be pulled in to discuss differentiators and help run pilots to knock out competition for major prospective clients

Technical Focus (Cupix Products):

Cupixworks: Responsible for presale activities

SiteInsights: Responsible for presale demos

Running workshops to scope set-up of SiteInsights Collecting required information from customer to set-up project (Project Plan, BIM models etc) Set-up of SiteInsights
Explaining benefits SiteInsights and metrics from reports / dashboards Liaising with customers on regular basis to discuss changes in SightInsights schedule
Capturing ROI customers have achieved from running SiteInsights on projects.

Driving adoption of SiteInsights Documenting customer feedback for SiteInsights and discussing with Product Team Assisting Technical support in troubleshooting

What you bring:
Experience in a customer-facing, B2B role Experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Support or a client facing technical role
Experience in or in-depth familiarity with the Construction Industry Bonus points for… Previous experience in the Construction Industry - (i.e. Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Foreman)

Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction Bonus points for a detailed understanding of CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions

Required Qualifications
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia Mandatory skills for role
Presales experience of +5 years in Construction / SaaS & presales.
Indepth understanding of Construction, FM and Inspection workflows.
Advanced understanding of CupixWorks and SiteInsights.
Advanced configuration of CupixWorks Projects.
Setup of SiteInsights.
Analysis of SiteInsights results and presentation to customers.
Experience in analysis of customer workflows in construction, FM and Inspection.
Understanding of Reality capture techniques.
Hands on experience of 360 captures for Construction, FM and Inspection projects.
Advanced knowledge of editing captures using Capture Editor Technology

Evangelist presence in APAC marketplace.
