Welder / Metal Fabricator - Perth

We are currently looking for Welder Fabricator to join our team at Grass valley, WA and be responsible for conducting welding & production tasks effectively and safely in accordance with Company policy.
Job duties are (but not limited to):- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set up requirements.
- Measures, marks and scribes dimensions and reference points on materials as guides for fabrication.
- Calculates and sets controls on welder for production.
- Fabricates and uses jigs for production of parts
- Verifies conformance of finished work piece to correct specifications.
- Cut and weld tube and angle for Pallet cages
- Assemble and weld sheetmetal cabinets
- 5 years’ experience in welding

Hold relevant trades qualification is desirable
Salary: From $73,150 per annumWork Type: Full Time
