We are assisting a top tier firm on an exciting Associate or Senior Associate opportunity in their Funds practice. This team sits within the Funds, Superannuation and Financial Services (FSF) practice group, acting on some of the most complex and interesting investment funds matters in the market.
Based in the firm's Melbourne office, you will report to market leading Partners while also working alongside their wider cohort of lawyers nationally. This will give you the opportunity to work across the most complex and market leading transactions and projects.As part of our collaborative team, you will have the privilege of providing advice to clients across a wide range of sectors, including the real estate, infrastructure, renewables, private debt and private credit industries.
About you- Experience gained from working in a funds, corporate or financial services regulatory practice from a leading top-tier, national or international firm, or in-house team;
- A passion to specialise in investment funds, while still building generalist expertise;
- A desire to learn and grow independently while maintaining a desire to mentor others and be team focused;
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to providing exceptional client service while interacting with the market and building client relationships.
