This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations. A great opportunity for an experienced Internal Review Officer to join this busy team for a temporary assignment.
About the role:
Working with participants to gather information regarding the nature and context of review requests, informing participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews and the appeals process.Undertaking evidence-based decision making as prescribed in the Agency Act, the Agency rules, Operational Guidelines and the Agency policies.Monitoring and managing caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes and systems.

You will have meticulous attention to detail.You will have strong and efficient organisation and prioritisation skills.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will have strong engagement and interpersonal skills.
You will have Case Management skills.
You will have ability to work with stakeholders across a variety of teams, and external stakeholders.
Benefits:
January 2025 start (pending Federal Police Clearance)Assignment end date: 31st December 2025 with the possibility of extension
Full time hours Monday to FridayGeelong, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Parramatta location + hybrid working from home options.
$55.24 per hour + Super
