The Account-Based Marketing Manager will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing targeted
marketing strategies and programs aimed at high-value accounts across various industries including construction, local government, mining, aged care and Education. This role will serve as a bridge between the marketing and sales
teams, ensuring that personalised campaigns are effectively developed to enhance customer engagement, nurture

leads, and convert prospects into loyal clients, thereby driving revenue growth

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Create and oversee the execution of account-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific high-value accounts.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns that support and enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Audience Insights: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target account audiences, including their key business challenges, buying behaviour, decision-makers, influencers, and industry trends.
  • ABM Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish and maintain a comprehensive account-based marketing plan aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of relevant and engaging content that aligns with the goals of each ABM campaign.
  • Technology Management: Manage marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure campaigns are effectively targeted, tracked, and optimised.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and enhance marketing approaches.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure an integrated approach to ABM

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on account-based marketing.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns that generate significant revenue growth.
  • Prior experience in a sales role preferred
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of safety and compliance across multiple industries including Construction, mining, aged care and education. (preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and prioritise tasks effectively.
