We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join one of the most prestigious high-end residential builders in Sydney. Focusing on architecturally designed home projects up to $30M in the Northshore area.
Liaise with project stakeholders
Architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Discuss and resolve construction matters
Ordering of materials
Provide project scheduling, forecasts
Issue project variations
Issue progress claims
Project cost analysis
Estimating, including compiling tender packages
Maintain a high level of detail and quality control
Problem-solving throughout the entire project
