Our client is a leader in the prestige automotive space.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to cover holiday leave for 6 weeks. In this role you will manage first impressions for the showroom 2 days a week.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Meeting and greeting all clients offering outstanding customer service.
Provide administrative assistance and support to the greater team.
Arrange any catering or event coordination as requested.
To ensure the smooth running of showroom enquiries, offering a high standard of communication.
Your Profile

You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for fostering a positive working environment. With previous experience in a similar role, you have demonstrated commitment to delivering a high standard of office administration and customer service.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following:

2+ years' experience in a similar role, within a professional environment
Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritize
High attention to detail and process driven is a must!
