NXT GIG is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Architect to join our team and enhance our IT infrastructure with robust, scalable, and efficient systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that support our business goals while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
You will work closely with developers, operations teams, and stakeholders to assess current infrastructures and provide guidance on improvements and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with configurations, systems architecture, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Design and implement infrastructure architectures that meet business requirements and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop infrastructure strategies, ensuring synergy between hardware, software, and network resources.
- Conduct assessments of existing systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Establish standards and best practices for infrastructure management, security, and compliance.
- Monitor system performance and availability, implementing enhancements as necessary.
- Document infrastructure designs, architectures, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to infrastructure architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or in a similar role with a strong background in systems architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, server configurations, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud services and platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in infrastructure architecture or IT (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, or similar) are advantageous.
