Our client is the market leader in the Autonomous Finance space, offering cloud-based Autonomous SaaS solutions for the Office of the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and lead the Digital Transformation Advisor team in Australia
  • Maintain expert knowledge of HighRadius solutions to ensure current and potential new customers have appropriate expectations for products and services
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome. This includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with HighRadius Value Framework, and ultimately closing the deal
  • Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns. Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment. Expert knowledge of HighRadius solutions to ensure current and potential new customers have appropriate expectations for products and services
  • Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook
  • Attend industry events, such as user groups, tradeshows, and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers
  • Work collaboratively with the offshore Marketing team to drive lead generation
  • To perform HighRadius platform Demos, create Value Assessments and contracts
  • To find regional partners to grow the HighRadius Business in the region
  • Apply theoretical knowledge and extensive understanding of the process flows of each module of the Autonomous Platform
  • Perform fit gap analysis to determine functionality that will help solve problems of prospect and project automation rates which will help the prospect envision the savings
  • Apply knowledge based on solution methodology and delivery methodology along with functional knowledge of activities such as Cash Application, Deductions Management etc. coupled with knowledge on Cloud technologies related to Cloud delivery models
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders ranging from AR Analysts to CFO/CIO while designing the digital transformation strategy for the client
  • Identify the needs and challenges of clients and help product teams convert these requirements into workable solutions by using cutting edge technology to develop AR automation products
  • Stay abreast of industry security and compliance standards of Company such as PCI DSS and SOC2 to ensure customers attain and maintain high industry standards while migrating to the cloud products of Company
  • Play a key role in helping Company sell and retain customers in ANZ market and thus expand its market capture
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritize roadmap plans and develop new pricing models
  • Oversee Sales Operations - Account Assignment, Forecasting Accuracy, Pipeline sanity etc.
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
  • Drive overall solutioning and pricing strategy for customers
What You’ll Need:
  • At least 7+ years of RELEVANT experience in Sales/Pre-Sales/Solution Selling/Technical Sales/ Consulting in a closing/quota bearing role is needed. Experience in handling CFO office sales would be an added zing!
  • In-depth knowledge of HighRadius platform would be essential
  • Passion for Enterprise and SaaS Sales as a profession & knack for technology to enjoy business and IT client conversations about HighRadius solutions
  • Should have a natural flair for conversations, collaboration & networking with multiple customers/internal teams on a daily basis
  • Fluency in not only verbal, written & presentation skills, but thoughts as well that bring the X-factor to companies growth targets
  • Zeal to ideate, learn and execute strategies that bail out sales processes from trenches and brings the deal back on track
  • Should possess sound understanding of the end to end enterprise sales cycle model and consultative selling approach to deal with CXOs.
  • Focus on driving ROI/Commercial and product Implementation strategies during sales and solutioning phase
  • MBA’s preferred, however, graduates with relevant work experience (5+ years) can also apply. Experience and knowledge of Accounts Receivable will be an added advantage

Salary range: $110,000-$150,000
