The Role

As the Receptionist, you'll be the face of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front desk and phone enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Greeting clients and coordinating meeting rooms and catering
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and a tidy reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant and broader team

Your Profile

You're a polished and organised professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in reception or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency across the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
