Full Time Role$75,000-$80,000 plus superannuation
Zala and Sona Pty Ltd trading as Subway Labrador is looking for a hands on Store Manager to lead our team in Labrador on the Gold Coast. This is a full time role for someone who enjoys hospitality, people and fast paced service, and who wants to grow with a stable brand.
Key responsibilities- Oversee day to day store operations including opening, closing, cash handling and banking
- Plan product mix, stock levels and display standards so the store is always ready for service
- Manage ordering, inventory and food safety so waste is minimised and all Subway standards are met
- Lead, roster and train a small team of sandwich artists and supervisors
- Deliver friendly, consistent customer service and handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Monitor sales, labour costs and other KPIs and work with the owner to meet budget and growth targets
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and company policies at all times
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints and maintain high service standards
- Implement local area marketing and in store promotions approved by Subway
- Complete daily banking, cash reconciliation and reporting for the owner
- Minimum two to three years recent experience in hospitality or quick service management
- Strong skills in staff supervision, rostering, stock control and customer service
- Good understanding of food safety and workplace safety obligations
- Hospitality or business qualification is an advantage but not essential
- Confident communicator with good English and basic computer skills
- Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
