Position Overview:
Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, food ordering, and storage.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency.
Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Must hold Certificate III in Hospitality and Certificate IV in Hospitality.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza and pasta preparation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food presentation.
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining the highest food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, specializing in pizza, pasta, and Italian cuisine.
Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and is served in a timely manner.Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, food ordering, and storage.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency.
Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Must hold Certificate III in Hospitality and Certificate IV in Hospitality.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza and pasta preparation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food presentation.
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
