The Role
As a Field Services Technician you will act as the remote hands and onsite support for a variety of clients across the Sydney metro region. Your role will consist of break-fix support, scheduled maintenance support or project support.
Your day-to-day will consist of various tasks such as helping to configure and support clients servers and networks, as well as setting up hardware and providing general support. When you are not needed onsite, you will assist the Service Desk team in the head office.
Your Skills & Experience- Valid Drivers License
- 2+ years' experience
- Previous MSP/onsite client support experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- O365 - full application suite and administration experience
- Active Directory and EntraID
- Strong networking skills - firewalls, routers, switches, modems etc.
- Server support/configuration experience

Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background. Combine this with your brilliant technical insights and previous experience working on a helpdesk or IT support, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
