The Role
As the Project Manager, you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle into our customer base from initial implementations through to customer success and product enhancements.
You will be required to elicit business requirements and integrations between our product and the client business applications, particularly finance and customer management applications. You will be responsible for translating those customer requirements into solution workflows and understand how we will create successful implementations into a range of different clients, working hand in hand with their delivery teams.
Post implementation you will run customer success and ensure integrity of the implementation. Moreover, using your strong consultative and effective communication skills, with the capacity to spot crucial process improvement possibilities, you'll be working with the implementation and technology partners on our established procedures.
To support customers' most complicated objectives, provide the company's consulting skills employing sector knowledge, business research, best practises, and a practical mentality.
Your Profile
You will be a Project Manager with experience in Microsoft projects, with a background in product and SaaS driven environments and who has exposed to integrations into other larger corporate application environments. Your communication skills will be top tier and you will enjoy being customer facing at times and understanding the true value that can be delivered.You must have basic technical skills around ERP, CRM and data and a project mindset about gathering requirements and delivering value through technology environments.
