Primary or Mandatory skills :-The role is to primarily support the BSS and Digital domains. The person will have breadth of
experience across BSS & Digital, as well as a subject matter expertise in one or more of the
following areas:- Billing and Charging
- CRM, IVR and Telephony
- Integration and Provisioning
- Self Service
- Payments and Collections
Strong understanding of software design and development for multi-cloud solution (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCP) and CRM & Contact Center Solutions.
Detailed Job description : -
- 15+ years’ experience in development, design, delivery of IT application platforms
- 10+ years’ experience in a Technology Lead role
- Demonstrated abilities in providing long-term and scalable solutions for both technology and business goals.
- Will be responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution, high level/detailed architect designing.
- Proactively highlight and suggest approaches to resolve issues.
- Used multiple business analysis techniques and processes improvements for application stability and resilience.
- Experience in cloud services (e.g AWS) development
- Experience in architecture patterns and frameworks, such as SOA, TM Forum, TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate highly desirable
- Strong knowledge in compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
- Proven ability to work within teams (including Virtual Teams) and under different delivery methodologies (waterfall or agile)
- Ability to research and document solution options and opportunities to solve business needs and assess the feasibility and risk associated with proposed solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in IT/Computer engineering and/or equivalent.
