• Restaurant Supervisor
• Restaurant Team Ledger

You’ll be essential in crafting the Gowings guest experience—from warm welcomes to seamless table service and sharing our exceptional food and drinks.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role you are applying for.
• Familiarity with Italian Cuisine is a plus—but not a deal breaker!
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic venues.
• A team player with strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Valid RSA and full Australian working rights are essential.
