Develop and oversee content creation for social media and websites to increase engagement and strengthen the company’s online presence.Plan and execute annual marketing campaigns in collaboration with the commercial team and head office, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand consistency.
Organise and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars with educational partners to create meaningful experiences for students and promote community engagement.
Represent the company at industry events to build and maintain partnerships, expand collaboration opportunities, and increase brand visibility.
Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising, to attract and retain clients.
Monitor and analyse social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimise reach and audience interaction.
Conduct market research to guide marketing strategies based on customer needs, trends, and competitor analysis.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
Stay informed about industry trends and digital innovations to continuously improve marketing approaches.
- List of Tasks
- Be aware of the company’s campaign results and collect information about competitors, trends, market or customer behaviour, as a way to guide the company’s actions to the profitable sales.
- Guiding and assisting the production of written and visual content (photos, videos and lives) to social media platforms and websites, to create engagement, increase the company’s online presence.
- Planning marketing campaigns throughout the year in collaboration with the commercial team and head office, ensuring consistent brand promotion across all channels and aligning activities with business goals.
- Organising small events, workshops and seminars with partners, such as schools, universities and other institutions from the international educational sector, that provide valuable experiences for students and promote a sense of community.
- Representing the company’s name at industry events and promotional activities, actively engaging with partner institutions and organizations to strengthen relationships, explore collaboration opportunities, and enhance brand visibility.
- Qualification: Bachelor of Marketing, or Bachelor of Advertising, or Bachelor of Communications
- Portuguese language proficiency desirable and English, as well as understanding Brazilian customer behaviours and background
- Skills:
- Data-driven decision-making, experience creating engaging content, clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Innovative mindset for campaign ideas and problem-solving, familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, Email tools (Mailchimp)
- Must excel in Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing
- Experience:
- Competitive digital marketing strategies engaging customers
- To have strong command of social media platforms
- content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Visual and creative thinking (graphic design is a plus)
- Analytical skills for measuring and interpreting marketing data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Annual salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation (38 hours per week)
