JY Accountants is a boutique accounting firm centrally located in Southport Central Towers on the Gold Coast.
We are looking for an office administrator to join our team.
This role provides an abundance of variety.
Duties include but not limited to:
General office administration duties
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner and direct calls and emails efficiently, effectively and accurately.
Preparation of Letters and Collation of documents
Liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders and occasionally the ATO
ASIC compliance
Accounts receivable and payable
Processing purchases / invoicing
To be considered for this role you will ideally;Have excellent communication skills
Take pride in your professional presentation
Have a genuine care when looking after clients
Have exquisite attention to detail and excellent administration skills
