• Interpret financial and operational data to support business performance improvements
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling using planning tools
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, operations, and executive leadership to provide insights on key performance indicators
• Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior stakeholders
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting frameworks, and data quality

• 4+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industries
• Proficient in financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking
• Advanced Power BI capabilities, including DAX and data modeling
• Experience with enterprise planning systems such as TM1, or similar software is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
