At the core of your role as Payroll & HR Specialist, your mission will be to ensure onboarding and payroll processes run like clockwork – but this is far from a routine role. As you grow, so will the analytical and strategic dimensions of your work.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll do:

• Drive onboarding excellence: Set up new starters, coordinate seamless plans, and manage induction experiences that set the tone for success.
• Champion payroll accuracy: Oversee fortnightly and monthly processing, refine system efficiencies, and help roll out cutting-edge features.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work across teams to execute projects, streamline processes, and shape how this growing organisation operates.

This role is for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and make things happen. While payroll experience is an advantage, the right mindset is key.

• A background in payroll, HR, or similar roles like EA or People Coordinator.

• Confidence with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
