Our client is seeking motivated and compassionate Paediatric Registrars to join a leading team delivering vital paediatric and neonatal care services within Women's and Children's Services.THE POSITIONOur client is seeking motivated and compassionate Paediatric Registrars to join a leading team delivering vital paediatric and neonatal care services within Women's and Children's Services. With the exciting implementation of a new employment agreement, successful candidates will benefit from competitive wages and dedicated paid education time.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Paediatric unit, including a new short-stay unit, a 34-bed General Paediatric ward, a 12-bed Level 2 neonatal nursery, and Paediatric outpatient services. You’ll be supported 24/7 by a robust team of registrars, HMOs, and an experienced consultant team.The Paediatric unit is accredited by the RACP for Advanced Training, covering General Paediatrics with a Perinatal Component, Community/Developmental Paediatrics, and Rural rotations. This position serves as an ideal springboard for both early-career professionals and those advancing in the RACP training program.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Salary: 131,000 - 183,500 per annum, pro rata, with 11 superannuation, salary packaging options, and relocation assistance.Salary Classification: Medical Practitioner Level 5 - 11, in accordance with the Medical Practitioners Agreement 2022.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSSuccessful candidates will be required to meet the following criteria:
Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia general or limited.Enrollment in the relevant specialty training program.
Valid Working with Children Registration.
Desirable Qualifications
Registration or candidacy with the relevant learned college, or a proven commitment to ongoing medical education.Completion of all relevant fellowship exams and within one year of obtaining specialist fellowship.
