Director of Students

Role Highlights- Responsible for leading Pastoral Care initiatives across the school

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education)
- Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement
- Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education
- Appreciation of boys’ education and building meaningful, healthy relationships with young men
- Experience in pastoral leadership
- Ability to lead, manage and develop cohesive staff teams
- Capacity to work as a member of the middle leadership team
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
