You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to design intuitive and trustworthy experiences that span the entire customer journey. Your work will empower businesses to make smarter, more confident credit decisions that drive real impact.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Drive the design process from discovery to release, making informed delivery decisions that balance short-term value with long-term product vision.
  • Champion simplicity in design, not by oversimplifying, but by making complex workflows intuitive and easy to understand.
  • Strategically balance customer needs with business goals, always advocating for usability and trust.
  • Conduct customer research, analyse data, map out user flows, and validate ideas through continuous discovery.
  • Own and evolve the user experience within your product area, becoming a subject matter expert.
  • Run design workshops, align stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with the broader design team to maintain design consistency, raise our design bar, and contribute to shared patterns and systems.
  • Share work early and often, providing and welcoming feedback.
Our ideal candidate
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer within a digital product environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive and user-centred designs that have delivered measurable impact. (B2B or fintech a plus).
  • Proven experience in scoping, shaping and iterating on a product through multiple releases. Using feedback cycles and phased delivery to steadily evolve a product toward its full potential.
  • A pragmatic mindset, you understand when to aim for better and when to move fast and how to prioritise based on business value and user needs.
  • A love of data and user insights, confident running user research sessions, synthesising insights, and using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions.
  • Collaborative spirit — you thrive in cross-functional teams and value feedback as part of the process.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Enjoy taking on new experiences and overcoming complex challenges.
  • An interest in how AI can enhance both the design process and the customer experience, using emerging tools to work more efficiently and to explore new opportunities for product innovation.
  • Strong understanding of system design, design thinking, and human-centred product development.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions and influence outcomes, using storytelling to bring others on the journey.
  • Skilled in Figma, with solid knowledge of design systems, workflows, and interaction patterns.
