A1 Air Services Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Sheetmetal Worker to join our team. The role involves installing HVAC equipment and reading drawings in line with Australian Standards. We specialize in mechanical ductwork services and are known for our excellence in air-handling system installations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to assess project requirements, including materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assemble sheet metal components for HVAC systems.
- Mark, measure, cut, bend, and shape metal sheets using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Install ductwork and other sheet metal components in residential and commercial buildings, fitting and assembling them using joinery techniques.
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing installations, including alterations to damaged ductwork as needed.
- Refine edges, polish surfaces, and clean final products to achieve a polished and professional finish.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices
- The ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated and be a team member.
Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 - $110,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
