Why you will love this opportunity as Finance Manager at Civica

The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting the Head of Finance for the Healthcare division and acts as second in command. This position is responsible for producing monthly management reports, overseeing the financial accounting function, and providing financial insights to drive performance improvements.

Additionally, the role involves mentoring and developing junior finance staff, fostering strong relationships within the Civica APAC finance network, and collaborating with key contacts across the UK Head Office and Vadodara. The Finance Manager is also responsible for ensuring an efficient and professional office environment.

Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role
  • Accounting or equivalent business qualification
  • Intermediate Excel skills (including pivot tables)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to outstanding customer service (internal & external)
  • CA/CPA qualification desirable
  • Background in the Information Technology or Professional Services industry
  • Experience using Workday and NetSuite desirable
