Job Description- Develop and manage key client relationships within the media and agency sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
o Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes.
Campaign Development & Execution:
o Create and implement strategic PR and communications plans that align with clients' objectives.
o Coordinate and oversee the execution of PR campaigns, including media outreach, content creation, event planning, and social media management.
o Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide regular reports to clients.
Media Relations:
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts across various platforms.
o Secure media coverage in top-tier outlets to enhance clients' brand visibility and reputation.
o Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
Content Creation:
o Develop compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media updates, and more.
o Ensure all content is aligned with clients' brand voice and messaging.
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and research departments, to deliver integrated communication solutions.
o Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
Client Reporting:
o Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign progress and results.
o Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the PR,media and agency sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
