We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is committed to maintaining high culinary and food safety standards.

- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and recipes.
- Ensure food is presented to a high standard before it is served.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
- Support the Chef and kitchen team in day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant cooking experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Reliable, professional, and motivated attitude
