**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct on-bench repairs of AV, Audio and and Lighting equipment
- Coordinate the Repair workshop.
- Maintain and repair AV, Audio and Lighting equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Source and order necessary parts for repairs.
- Perform warranty work and handle related documentation.
- Install AV, Audio and Lightingequipment at various venues.
- For full-time positions, additional duties may include:
- Installation of new equipment sold to venues.
- Setting up and operating hire equipment as an AV technician.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the audiovisual or production lighting and audio industry.
- Experience within the events or related industry.
- A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
- A White Card (construction induction card).
- A clean and current manual driver’s license.
- A comfortable, air-conditioned workshop environment.
- Opportunities for on-site repairs as needed.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Minimum of 16 hours per week for part-time position, or 38 hours for a fulltime position
- Potential sponsorship for candidates with the right skills and background.
