• Design and implement educational activities that foster learning and development in both indoor and outdoor settings, utilizing diverse materials and techniques to enhance student engagement.
• Cultivate motor skills, social cooperation, self-confidence, and understanding through a varied program of activities and experiences.
• Enhance language skills and emotional intelligence through storytelling, dramatic play, songs, rhymes, and group discussions.
• Monitor children’s health, emotional well-being, and overall development, promptly identifying any potential learning barriers or special needs.
• Ensure the nutritional, health, safety, and welfare needs of all students are met, acting swiftly to address any concerns.
• Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss developmental strategies.
• Engage with community and family support initiatives to enrich the educational environment.
• Provide guidance and supervision to student teachers during their practicum placements.

• Passionate about early childhood education and a strong advocate for children’s learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.

qualifications.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
• AQF bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
