Service Manager

COMPANY: EC.WORKPLACES. SERVICES

• Organise and oversee daily commercial cleaning operations across multiple client sites
• Manage and coordinate cleaning teams ranging from 25 to 80 staff
• Allocate resources and develop schedules to meet service delivery KPIs
• Conduct regular site audits and quality checks
• Ensure full compliance with WHS, environmental, and operational protocols
• Develop and refine SOPs, policies, and systems to support operational growth
• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff and team leaders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling queries and custom needs
• Oversee stock, equipment and consumables ordering, and supplier communications
• Produce operational performance reports and analysis for management
• Implement service agreements and onboarding using digital systems like Proposify and

• Lead and support sustainability initiatives and reporting projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Environmental Studies, or

• Certificate in Business, Operations Management, Environmental Studies, or a

• WHS Certification (desirable)
• First Aid Certificate (preferred)

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Service management in the industry of Cleaning in Office Buildings, Construction, Medical and Warehouse facilities.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing teams of 30–80 staff
• Proven ability to manage multi-site service delivery with operational and compliance

accountability

• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experienced in scheduling tools, quality control systems, and client onboarding (e.g.

• Experience with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Bin Tracker powered by Guru.
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work regulations, WHS practices, and environmental

• Comfortable working independently and within a fast-paced, values-driven team

• Achieve consistent and reliable service delivery across all client sites
• Ensure 100% onboarding compliance and WHS preparedness for new staff
• Retain and develop long-term client relationships with measurable satisfaction
• Maintain staff retention rates and ensure correct placement through effective recruitment
• Drive sustainable practices across client operations where possible

• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own a reliable vehicle
• Must reside within the Coolangatta to Arundel region (this is mandatory)
• Must be able to commit to a 50-hour work week
• Office space provided at Burleigh HQ
• Fluent in Spanish & Portuguese
• Had worked with a commercial cleaning company for over 6 years
