Customer Service Representative | Temp to permanent opportunity
We are once again recruiting for this client following their incredibly successful launch in the Australian market. Thanks to their outstanding start, they're looking to bring on another Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
You'll be part of the newly launched Australian branch of a highly successful European business. Despite being in the market for just six months, they've already surpassed their year-one revenue targets. Endorsed by major global companies, this business is rapidly expanding its customer base every week through referrals.Additionally, they've secured large contracts with government organizations across Australia, contributing to their impressive growth and profitability.
Your role will involve:
- Conducting scheduled calls with suppliers and customers to provide information about the services, assist with registrations, and facilitate subscription renewals - Please note: These are not outbound sales or cold calls; these people are eager to engage as it presents a valuable opportunity for their business.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including IT and procedural matters.
- Handling subscription fees and payments for supplier customers.
- Thoroughly validating online questionnaires with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to standard procedures.
- Updating customer records promptly to reflect the status of their questionnaires.
- Assisting customers with fee payments for new subscriptions and renewals.
- Demonstrating proficiency in their business system's validation process.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
- Actively participating in team meetings to share insights and information.
- Consistently exceeding personal targets for call volume and customer satisfaction.
This is a temp to permanent opportunity and offers a dynamic blend of office and remote work, with 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH after a successful probationary period.
About you:
For this Customer Service Representative role, we are seeking candidates with proven experience in a customer service environment, particularly those who are comfortable handling both inbound and high-volume outbound calls. Ideal candidates will have a background in data management, process improvement, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.Strong communication skills are essential, including a confident telephone manner and the ability to provide first-line support for customer inquiries.
