• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in battery energy storage, targeting large-scale and commercial projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors and industry partners to support growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and secure strategic deals to expand the company's market presence.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project development and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, regulations and technologies to shape business strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• 5+ years of experience in BESS, with a focus on C&I and utility scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in driving new business, securing deals and upholding existing relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BESS. grid services and the electricity markets.
• A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team.

• A competitive salary, including a base of AUD 140,000 - AUD 160,000 plus super and commissions.
