Development Analyst - Japanese proficiency (Property Industry)

About Our Client

Our client is a multinational leader in property development.

• Report potential issues in the budget and development programme, cost analysis.
• Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations, in collaboration with the joint venture partners.
• Overall relationship management with the joint venture partners.
• Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets to reflect up to date development progress and change in plans.
• Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders on development progress and future.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Japanese proficienecy is required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in FMCG/Property/Construction or commercial business analysis is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting and collaborating effectively with a small team.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct research, analyse and interpret market data.
• Adaptability: Openness to learning new things, flexibility in handling diverse tasks.
• Attention to Detail & Organization: Managing detailed tasks, organising reports, and planning for projects.
