About the Role:
Supervise and provide quality care in a safe, stimulating environment.
Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate activities that foster learning and creativity.
Support children’s social, emotional, and physical growth through play and structured experiences.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, dressing, and hygiene, promoting independence.
Ensure health and safety standards are met, including hygiene practices and supervision.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Prepare materials and set up engaging educational and recreational activities.
Encourage positive behavior and help children develop essential social skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus superannuation.
About You:
Passionate about early childhood education and committed to children’s well-being.
At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
Hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, patient, and nurturing in your approach.
Hold (or be willing to obtain) First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
