Accountant

On behalf of our client, Caguioa Enterprise Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and qualified full-time Accountant to join their dynamic team in AUSTRALIA

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join the team for a full-time position, reporting to the General Manager.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing accounts payable functions
• Preparation and issuance of invoices, accounts and financial statements
• Investigates and resolve billing and account discrepancies
• Processes journal entries and perform accounting corrections
• Prepares quarterly Business Activity Statements
• Creates and analyses financial reports
• Summarizes the End-of-year financial status
• Prepares the yearly rental budget and monthly financial management report
• Prepares the monthly financial management report
• Works closely with the General Manager in evaluating complex business, technology and fraud risks
• Other Adhoc reporting and analysis as required.

The successful candidate will possess:

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting a must
• Relevant experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Sound organizational and time management skills.
• Approachability in dealing with internal and external parties.
• High level of motivation and initiative with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Proactive and improvement orientated, with the ability to work under limited supervision, set priorities and meet deadlines

Remuneration: The salary package ranges from $73,150 to $90,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience and skills.
