About the Role:
As a Sales Professional at Leisure Lounges, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients create bespoke furniture pieces or find the perfect audio-visual solutions. This is more than a sales job; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in a creative and innovative environment.
Given the custom-made nature of our products, this role requires a sharp mind and excellent problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of bespoke designs and ensure every customer’s vision is brought to life with precision.
We’re looking for a flexible team member who thrives in a small business setting. You’ll wear multiple hats, from assisting customers in the showroom to managing intricate design details and ensuring our clients’ needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive and driven approach.
- Provide expert advice on furniture customisation, materials, and audio-visual equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to translate their unique visions into detailed orders.
- Manage complex projects and ensure all specifications are accurate and achievable.
- Maintain a well-presented showroom and uphold the brand's luxury image.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
Sales Focused: You have a proven track record in sales, ideally in luxury goods or a similar high-value industry.Well Presented & Spoken: Your professional demeanour and excellent communication skills leave a lasting impression.
Problem Solver: You thrive on challenges and find creative solutions to meet customer needs.
Necessary skills: You can manage intricate details, understand customisation complexities, and think independently.
Furniture & AV Knowledge: Experience in furniture or audio-visual equipment is highly desirable.
Flexible & Adaptable: You’re comfortable taking on varied tasks in a small business environment.

Details
Part-time position: 3 days per week to start, with a view to expanding to full-time for the right applicant.
Located in Smeaton Grange, South West Sydney.We remunerate our employees with a Base hourly rate and well above industry-standard commissions. We believe in rewarding our employees for going above and beyond.
