Salary: AUD $76,515 – $80,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.

About the RoleReporting to the Head Chef and senior kitchen team, responsibilities include:
Preparing and presenting high- quality dishes to venue standards
- Managing a designated kitchen section during busy lunch and dinner services
- Working efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen environment
- Assisting with stock rotation, daily preparation, and minimising food wastage
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service and guest satisfaction
About You
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef in a professional high- volume hospitality environment
- Experience working with modern Australian cuisine and seasonal produce
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak service periods
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and stock control
- Relevant Commercial Cookery qualification (Certificate III or IV) or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends, split shifts, and public holidays
- Previous experience in a busy pub, hotel, or regional hospitality venue highly regarded
